I teach and train what we’re actually running
I’m in the trenches every day with 25+ agents across three metro markets, and a transaction system that used to live one persons head inside of a binder and now runs on an automated and integrated ecosystem.
I am a KW Next Gen scholarship recipient in 2024. Now I help teach for the program now as a Quantum Leap Instructor, and I’ve been Regional Ambassador for the Ohio Valley Region since 2025.
