How I got here
Before
Productivity Coaching
In a prior Productivity Coaching role I built a 42-agent roster from zero and coached all of them. That’s the job where I learned coaching without systems underneath it doesn’t stick.
2024
KW Next Gen
I came through KW Next Gen on a scholarship in 2024. It put me in rooms I had no other way into, and set the standard I hold myself to now.
Since 2025
Instructor & Regional Ambassador
I teach for the program now as a KW Next Gen Instructor and I’ve been Regional Ambassador for the Ohio Valley Region since 2025 while running operations for the Gillen Group.

A Bit About Me Personally
Born and Raised in West Chester, Ohio
Brother, Son, Uncle. We are the definition of a mixed family! I have 4 brothers (1 biological, 1 step brother, 2 half brothers). And recently became Uncle!
Follower of Jesus Christ. There’s nothing more important to me to carry out my life as a dedication to God and the amazing opportunities He’s provided!
